Giving
First Presbyterian Church relies on the generous support of members and friends to carry out our mission in Tallahassee and beyond.
Online Giving
To make a donation or pay toward your pledge online, visit our online giving website, an external site run by the Presbyterian Foundation. You can set up automatic payments by creating a profile.
Other Ways to Give
Tithes and gifts can also be placed in the offering plate during Sunday worship. Checks made out to First Presbyterian Church of Tallahassee can be mailed to the church office at 110 N. Adams St., Tallahassee, FL 32303. Stock gifts and IRA charitable distributions can also be received.
Pledging
Our Fall 2021 Stewardship Theme was “Together in the Wilderness,” emphasizing our continued and expanded connection during this pandemic wilderness period. To submit your pledge for 2022, mail your pledge card to the church office or pledge online. Your pledge helps us plan for the coming year of ministry.
Legacy Giving
First Presbyterian Church has received generous bequests left by church members. Composing a Legacy, a resource from the Presbyterian Foundation, has information about the many ways to make a legacy gift, including traditional wills and bequests as well as beneficiary designations on life insurance and retirement accounts. If you’d like information about legacy giving, please contact our Financial Administrator, Jim Davis.
Gifts to First Presbyterian Church are received according to a Legacy and Gifts Plan adopted by the session. For more information, please contact our Endowment Management Committee chair, Bob McVety.
