Ministry Teams

Ministry teams are focal points for First Presbyterian Church’s witness, work, and ministry. The current ministry teams and their chairs are:

In addition, the Session has created two standing committees:

  • The Healing Racism Task Force (Ann Westall) began meeting in 2020 to examine issues of racism, acknowledge the racism in our own history, and provide the congregation with opportunities for education and discussion. The task force is currently actively pursuing avenues for healing and repair.
  • The Heritage Committee (Kay Crowell) is working to preserve and document our history as the 200th anniversary of our founding approaches (1832-2032).
