Mission Opportunity

First Presbyterian Church is excited to offer two mission experiences for church members this winter. In both instances we will be working with those who are homeless or struggling with poverty in the Atlanta area. We will be helping to minister with and provide services through various church-related agencies. We will also have the experience of living together in Christian community, starting and ending each day in prayer, study and reflection.

February 8-10: College Students and Adults

March 18-23: High School Students and Adults

Choir Seeks Singers

Do you sound great in the shower? Are you willing to combine your voice with the voices of your sisters and brothers in the Choir? Formal training in music is not a prerequisite for joining the Choir, and there are no auditions. Please join the Choir for rehearsal at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. Interfaith Habitat Build Underway

Work on Tallahassee Habitat for Humanity's 166th home began on October 29th. Members from First Presbyterian joined members from several other congregations for this year's Faith Build. Preschool Receives Grant

First Presbyterian Preschool recently received a grant from the Capital City Bank Foundation. Receiving the check is Andra Copeland, Preschool Director.
