Session Welcomes Interim Pastor

The session is excited to welcome Reverend Anne K. Apple as our interim pastor beginning on December 1, 2022. Reverend Apple has most recently been the Executive Associate Pastor and Acting Head of Staff at Idlewild Presbyterian Church, a historic church located in Memphis, Tennessee. Before serving Idlewild, she served as Theologian in Residence at Balmoral Presbyterian Church in Memphis and Pastor of Grace Presbyterian Church in Mobile, Alabama. She is a graduate of Rhodes College and Columbia Theological Seminary. Reverend Apple and her husband Jim have three young adult children. The session agrees with the Interim Pastor Search Committee that she possesses the unique combination of experience, vision, and compassion to lead our congregation through this transitional period.
